Splitting Checks
For parties of 6 or more, we ask that you be considerate of our busy staff and keep the order on one check. This will streamline your experience and ours. Separate credit cards can be used but we do not split the check by what each individual or couple had. Thanks!
Reservations
We do not take reservations unless it is a party of 6 or more. This ensures that we can seat as many groups as possible. If you arrive and there is a short wait, please enjoy a cocktail at the bar or outside in our beautiful Adirondack chairs on the water!
Dogs at Carbone's
We are happy to accommodate those that bring their furry friends to the Waterside as long as they remain outside on a short leash at all times when on our property. Our patio is busy with lots of foot traffic so your dog must remain close to the table. You will be seated at a table that is most convenient for this, thank you.
